reports and submit it to the Director.
Ø Check & reply to all the e-mails on
daily basis, in order to make sure no mail remain unattended by the end of the
business day.
Ø Looking after the arrangement of the tickets
and accommodation for the directors.
Ø Co-ordinate and set up high level
conference calls, board and management meetings special events and travel
arrangement for top executives.
Ø Should be able to handle Director’s
travelling schedules and coordination with travel agents.
Ø Should be able to handle all official
records like Confidential papers, important mail's etc.
Ø Should maintain effective organizational
and filing systems for quick and thorough indexing.
Ø Incumbent should be really and quick and
spontaneous in taking decisions.
Ø Maintain relation with clients.
Ø Well managed with paper work and their
filing.
Ø And any other responsibility in office as
assigned by superiors.
