Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Executive Director
Location: Oyo State
Job Description
Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the ED
Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
Reminding the ED of important tasks and deadlines
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Managing databases and filing systems
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients, collating and filing expenses
Ensuring that telephone and internet subscriptions are up to date as at when due
Miscellaneous tasks to support the ED such as conducting research and filling of forms
Perform other duties as may be required by the ED
Qualifications
Minimum of a or in any discipline.
Minimum 2 - 3 years Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Hands-on experience with office equipment ( fax machines and printers)
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
