PDH - Production Specialist

Job Purpose:
• Provide Analysis, Solutions, and tools to improve the existing system, organization and management of tasks.
• Provide guidance on process vulnerability assessment to help the organization develop a more detailed, more safe and effective standards that support operational objectives.
• Provide advice and guidance to the Operations, Maintenance, Environment, Fire, and Safety & Training Department. Plays a role in solving problems affecting operations and optimi9zing/monitoring conditions for the assurance of reliability and uninterrupted product supply in coordination of all other supporting departments.
• Formulate innovative propositions to enhance the performance of existing units or systems to optimize production and cost effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support to the Operations staff, Contractors, Vendor Planning, investigation maintenance, respire and installation of variety of machines and equipment’s to ensure all objectives are met efficiently.

• Review and monitor all aspect of Operations to ensure all operational parameters are met for the smooth and efficient and total reliability of the plant.
• Provide operation with guidance in the review of all procedures for meeting operational objectives and making changes in procedure for the safe and efficient running of the plant.
• Enhance operational process through process design improvements in order to improve productivity or reduce costs.
• Contribute to the preparation of preventive maintenance strategy and procedure to schedule maintenance.
• Coordinates with the Maintenance Planning Department to identify equipment history for all maintenance system.
• Support the Operations team in critical and emergency situations to mitigate the risks in emergency and other critical circumstances.
• Contribute to the planning turn of TAM and participate actively to carry out critical safety checks during execution, to ensure completion of agreed schedules, scope and quality, ensure safe working at all times.
• Visit the work sites, investigate and analyze complex technical issues in order to resolve operations and maintenance problems.
• Carryout more complex troubleshooting, monitor equipment performance; contribute to the design and review of modifications proposal to fully utilize system capabilities.
• Establish, Implement and oversee the quality systems in line with the Company and industry standards.
• Utilize software applications like Meridium PLA to monitor and investigate quality issues recorded from non-conformance reports.
• Identify training needs from incident investigation to design effective training programs.
