Job Specifications:

Must have 4-5 years Parts Operation Manager in Construction Heavy Equipment in GCC with Heavy Equipment Dealer.

Mechanical Engineering Graduate.

Sound Knowledge in knowledge in inventory management, logistic and procurement for Construction Heavy Equipment.

Excellent English communication skills

Job Description:

Develops and maintains effective parts operation process to ensure internal & external customer satisfaction.

Creates annual parts development goals & budget, in alignment with the organization’s financial & operational objectives and effective inventory management.

Conducts a perpetual/annual physical inventory of all parts and related inventories.

Maximizes use of all orders discount programs.

Conducting a differentiated pricing policy for the parts according to the market competition levels

Manages departmental expenses to maximize profitability and review expenses regularly to ensure resources are being used effectively and efficiently.

Check, inspect and authorize all necessary orders, picking slips, requisitions and purchase orders.

Builds a strong relationship with the suppliers.

Establishes and maintains a balanced inventory that ensures customers’ needs are met

Controls purchase and ordering procedures to maintain department profitability.

Ensures all incoming parts are checked for conformity and price and return any non-confirming part with credit request or insurance claim.
