4. Handling client interactions, customer query in terms of all the queries related to E- learning solutions.
5. Call up clients and pitch them about our products.
6. Solving queries and problems while counseling customers.
7. Meeting Business targets through effective convincing and selling skills.
8. Follow up with clients as well as Sales Team members.
Skills Required:
1. Excellent telephonic communication skills
2. Good interpersonal and people handling skills
3. Experience of at least 3 – 6 months and over in similar profile is preferred.
4. Ability to collaborate effectively with peers and influence outcomes through them
5. Good in English as well as Kannada
