Job Title: Operations: Product Management Experience: 0 - 6 months Full responsibility for the products entire lifecycle and the ongoing management of releases Design new product features based on customer interaction and coordinate development for client implementations Develop proof-of-concept prototypes of new product features Ensure that product is in alignment with overall business unit and corporate strategic goals Coordinate across multiple functional teams to ensure efficient execution of high quality releases Be the SME for the competitive landscape and drive GTM product positioning and sales enablement Define and track key usage metrics and projections to track adoption
and effectiveness. Formulate and measure product analytics to ensure
on-going product performance. Mobile apps development experience highly desirable, but not required. Experience leading and driving builds with aggressive timelines and dynamic process flows Hands-on experience taking a product from concept through to implementation and living the product lifecycle Ability to assess market analysis and create effective plans accordingly Ability to understand the product from different perspectives and personas Proven ability writing and designing detailed specifications and design documents Great communications skills with various audiences from developers to customers to executives. Comfortable managing and leading through influence
