Position Summary:
Operations managers are responsible for the daily operations of the store including customer service, employee development, store cleanliness and food quality.
Requirements

Core Responsibilities
Control day-to-day operations by scheduling labour, ordering food supplies and developing the restaurant team.
Control Profit & loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labour, reviewing financial reports and taking appropriate action.
Recruit, interview and hire team members; conduct performance appraisals, motivate and train.
Ensure maintenance of equipment, facility and surrounding area.
Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
