Job Description
Responsible for end to end operations management(Risk/Compliance/Fraud).
Team and Client management.
BPO ITES / IT Background
Hands on experience in end to end Operations.
Should have been a part of Risk/compliance/Fraud.
Ensure clients are updated on project deliverables and schedules
Ensure prompt and clear response is provided to client queries pertaining to project status, QA results and any other project related issues ensuring client satisfaction.
Plan projects based on targets set and get them approved from the Business Manager.
Develop processes at a Project Level.
Prioritize daily deliverable and assist / supervise team members with planning at a project (multiple projects within 1 client/multiple clients) level.
Oversee execution Develop/Assist in developing measurement systems and measure to track process performance
Review team performance on a day-to-day basis.
Ensure teams performance meets / exceeds client requirements.
Resolve client issues.
Diagnose and Resolve/Assist in the diagnosis and resolution of operational issues. Prepare/Assist in preparation of client reviews.
Ensure team adheres to client and function expectations, standards, guidelines and procedures.
Meet / exceed operational targets and participate / contribute in developing services / solutions.
Shift - Rotational OR Night shifts based on the client's project
Availability - immediate and should have proven experience in Operations with all previous papers.
