Job Specifications:

Must have minimum 5 year’s relevant experience as Operations Manager - Modular Kitchens & Interiors in GCC/Bahrain

Good Communication skills

Candidate should hold Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering

Job Description:

Develop and implement project execution strategy, ensure the implementation of quality control standard and cost control to achieve on time project completion.

Monitor work executed by the Engineering team at site areas and prepare interims and project reports.

Supervise, monitor and report project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion; lead Project Progress Meeting and coordinate with other departments and/or sites.

Manage cash flow requirement of projects and control expenditures within the budget limit.

Coordinate and maintain good relationship with clients, consultants and sub-contractors.

Inspect and observe work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed and materials used are conformed to project specifications and quality standards.

Establish and maintain effective health and safety precautions strictly adhering to standards and specifications.

Train and develop subordinate employees to improve project performance and enhance individual career development.
