operations head business headEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
§ In charge of the smooth
running of the website and all shopping platforms such as app, & mobile
Web to increase the sale.
§
Responsible for
the visual quality and the efficiency of all online channels
§ Managing the Shopping team and crafting a solid working
practice across the direct Shopping team.
§ Working closely with the Marketing, Creative and the
Digital team to grow the website to maximize the Search Engine Optimization
success.
§ Working closely with the Operations team to maximize
warehouse support in providing smooth and excellent customer service and
fulfilling online orders.
§ Working with Heads of department to achieve the shared
brand strategy and goals.
§
You will be
working closely with key stakeholder to define and execute the omni-channel
strategy with full P&L ownership.
§
Measurement of
ROI on all spends whilst influencing opportunities and paybacks.
§ Plan the forward range/buying requirements, monitors and
takes action on trading stock levels in conjunction with channels/buying
teams.
§
Oversee the
brands online marketing ensuring customer retention and acquisition.
§
Ensuring the
customer is at the heart of the business: consider the entire customer
journey and identify anything that can affect the experience and trading.
§ Managing the team's commercial focus with clear objectives.
Leading by example providing training and sharing external best practice.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
§ Bachelor’s
Degree in any reputable University
§ Managing
and leading the website development, technical and visual, navigation, and
performance and functionality efforts to positively impact ecommerce effort.

Excellent computer skills
including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
§ Must
be a proactive self-starter and have ability to work with a minimum of
