High
level verbal and written communication with customers and vendors over calls,
chat and email.
Answering
a high volume of calls from repeat and new overseas Customers.
Receive
and log requests for support from help desk, other service delivery staff
and/or users; investigate problems and other requests for support and
determines appropriate actions to take. Prioritize requests in accordance with
agreed criteria.
Ensure
customer enquiries are answered professionally and promptly.
Liaison
with various teams like sales & data management to ensure effective order
processing and ensure timely delivery of the orders.
Reporting.

and written Communication Skills.
Possess a strong
attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
Analytical and Customer
service skills
Good
at Multitasking.
Strong
computer literacy with ability to grasp in-house programs.
