JOB DESCRIPTION:
Processing sales order as per the quotation/offer related to each order.
Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone or via email.
Coordinating with factory and provide the confirmation to the client.
Processing customer purchase orders accurately into the company accounting system.
Compiles,sorts, and verifies accuracy of data to be entered.
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
Expedites all critical orders on priority.
Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule.
Coordinating with the related department viz.production, procurement, logistics and finance to process the order and following up the same to achieve the target.
Attend company meetings and company training.
Assist admin team, operations, accounts receivable,sales and product teams as needed.
Assist with order issues
Train order entry processing to co-workers.
Planning and organizing the day to ensure all opportunities are maximized.
Protect confidential customer information.
Set up and management of reporting and dashboard structure for Sales Operations for executive monitoring.
Preparing commercial documents for dispatch.
Customer orientation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree.
3-4 Years’experience preferably in HVAC Industry.
Excellent PC skills & Comprehensive knowledge of Excel,PowerPoint& SAP is mandatory.
