Job Title / Designation:Operations & Data entryOfficer.
Job Description:
· Maintain and Record the data on the Truck Hall App.
· Post the daily requirements of vehicle by listing it on the load board.
· Coordinate with internal team for daily work allocation.
· Ensure timely update of information on the portal on real-time basis.
· Daily vehicle status enquiry and follow-up for proof of delivery
· Follow-up with clients for payments as and when required.
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate:
· The role involves day to day coordination with internal and external team.
· Proper tracking and update of transaction status in the portal.
· Maintain documentation trail and track the same.
Specific Skill set:
· Effective and assertive communications skills.
· Eye for details and focus towards completion of task.
· Ability to multi-task, coordinate with people over phone.
· Ability to work in a process-oriented environment and handle start-up pressure.
Key words:MS office, computer Literate.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 0 to 3 years.
Annual CTC:1.2 to 2 Lakhs Per Annum.
Location(s) of Job:Kolkata.
Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate in any stream, Basic computer knowledge.
