Retailers: forms to be send after confirmation by Sr. Executive Operations,
& Followup till get the Report

Customer Complaint Solution within time limits.

Unblocking Terminal, Bar Code, unclaim Tickets &
etc , Change of Connectivity

Mail for provision to
retailers (al.door, ad material)as per eligibility after confirmation with
Sr.Executives - Operations

Procedure thru mail for full set Replacement of the
Terminals, Fast Printer, Wall Mounted LEDs, Alu.Door, Ad.Material Addl.Roll,
with the approval by Sr.Exe-Ops

Relationship and rapport with retailers

Prepare MIS for
Inactive, Rolls & Charts, Deposit List, Retailers Address , with given formats ,

Mail for
Low-Sale, Auto Block or any kind of Debit Note Mail...Retailers, A/c.Dept,
C.S.Dept.

Refund Management : Sending refund to company


10



Follow up for monthly Stock (ROll-Chart) or Addl.
during the month from any Parents Company.
