Job Profile:-
* Recruit qualified agents in line with manpower targets through recruitment support (recruitment agency, ads, etc) and own referrals.
* Deliver support to agents through coaching and act as a role model.
* Conduct weekly / monthly meeting to review performance, disseminate Company information, address common problems and concerns and rally the team to achieve goals.
* Set weekly production target for team of agents.
* Accompany agents on customer visits to support and improve sales skill.
* Identify agent’s development needs and work with Training Department to schedule appropriate technical, product and skills training.
* Develop agents in line with career development / training requirements of the Company.
* Hard core field work.
* Achieve team sales target.
* Meet customers to resolve issues where necessary.
Candidate Profile:-
1) Minimum Graduates with good communication skills.
2) Localities preferable or else minimum 3 yrs in current location.
3) Minimum 1-3 years Sales experience in any industry.
Salary: 2.00 to 3.50 LPA + (Depends on Location)Reimbursement + Attractive Incentives + other perks.
However, please note that the individual salary offered will be decided by the company on a case to case basis.
