Service Now Lead / Architect ServiceNow
At least 8+ years of experience in ITSM Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
Knowledge of web-based systems architecture, service-based architecture, enterprise application architecture as well as experience managing expectations and priorities. Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering a solution that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints and technological realities
At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch Skills
At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution
Lead ServiceNow releases implementations
Manages development efforts pertaining to modules of the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, including support for newly developed modules or major releases
Participates in the configuration of new applications or suites during planning, development, and rollout phases
Contributes to the strategic development of new platform customizations, as needed, based on customer needs
Participates in the collection and implementation of tool requirements and investigates as necessary to determine the best solution or configuration options available based on the specific requirement
Certification ITIL Foundation / ServiceNow Admin Certified / ServiceNow Implementation specialist.
