About Company: is a recruitment company for entry-level and mid-level jobs in the country. We are in the process of creating a digital identity for millions who play such a crucial role in the ever-expanding service industry of the country.

Location: Sakinaka, Mumbai (3 Openings)

Experience: 1 yr as Human Resource (HR) in Recruitment / Staffing / RPO mandatory

Salary: 15.0 K to 22.0 K (monthly) 

Qualification: Graduation degree

Working Days: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM ( Day Shift ), Off Days: SUN

 

 

Job Description:

 You would be responsible to get the openings closed by counseling the recruitment agencies and freelancer recruiters who are signed up on the platform as partners

Responsible for managing the recruitment cycle of these partners from explaining the requirement, sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and scheduling interviews.

Understanding the modus operandi of each partner would be the first responsibility.

Ensure clients are allotted based on the capability of each partner.

Empower each of your partners by teaching them all possible sourcing methods like search on Naukri/shine/monster, job postings, FB/Linkedin posting, field sourcing, offline marketing.

Ensure end to end support to partners to ensure a constant supply of applications on the jobs leading to maximizing revenue for both the parties.
