Source, screen and interview candidates; present most qualified candidates to hiring manager and facilitate interview process. Screening and scheduling candidates for interviews. Complete pre-offer process including reference checksBuild candidate pipeline through networking Register and participate in social media sites for networking opportunities etc .Update Corporate resume information in GEM (Job Diva). Follow up with candidates awaiting decision and feedback. Decline candidates via email/phone call in a timely fashion. Manage post interview process- references, requests, background check etc.
