We are hiring candidates for CSA position for Aegis Services as detailed below :- Company : Aegis Services Process Name : Paytm Customer Service Position : Executive operations (CSA) Location : Noida Qualification : Under Graduate / Graduate Eligibility : Fresher / Experienced Salary : 12.5K - 14K CSA is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Paytm. Job Description: Must possess above Good/average English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill Clarity of speech with neutral accent. Should have problem solving attitude. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization. Pre- Requisites : Fixed 9 hours shift. Should be flexible between a window of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between7am to 7Pm). No transport (one side transport during the odd hours only after 10.30pm and before 7am or no usage of transport allowances) No Meals Voice Portfolio: Paytm customer service profile 7 days training with stipend subject to certification 6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
