Online Sales Executive Job Responsibilities: - Generating Leads through our resources. - To make phone calls on lead generated and provided . - 60 spoken calls to be made by Outbound and Inbound respectively. - To make follow-up calls to the prospective students at an agreed date and time. - Maintain a detail report on the calls made along with the remarks. - To ensure that the target(Revenue Collected & Admission Count) is achieved on weekly , fortnightly and monthly basis . - To ensure the calls are made by maintaining all the Quality parameters . - Submit daily/weekly/monthly activity report to immediate supervisor. - Preferred Skills: - Graduate / Post Graduate(not pursuing) (prefered) - Strong English communication and presentation skills – verbal and written. - Work in under pressure - Excellent time management skills - Should be from Telesales profile and BPO background doing an outbound domestic calls.
