Job responsibilities – Handle customer inquiries both telephonically (Inbound / Outbound) / email / What's App / Web Chat Manage and resolve customer complaints Provide customers with product and service information Enter new customer information into system Update existing customer information Order placements on behalf of clients Follow up customer calls where necessary Provide Research related information using available resources, etc. Key competencies - Verbal and written communication skills (in English and Hindi languages at least) Customer Service Orientation Interest to work in Stock markets Good listening skills Basic knowledge of Stock markets will be an added advantage Ability to work under Target based environment Good selling skills Fresher can also apply
