Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing incoming customer enquiries over telephone and emails, ensuring clear communication of products and services.
- Facilitating orders and maintaining high levels of customer service.
- Tracking customer satisfaction and resolving any issues.
- Managing incoming press, media & on-trade queries over telephone and email.
- Supervising and coordinating delivery staff activities.
- Liaising with vendors on production of all marketing collaterals. Sourcing new vendors and maintaining vendor relations.
- Maintaining relations with retail partners ensuring timely receipt of payments and sales reports.
- Managing communication with international suppliers and assisting with imports.
