Our client is educational service provider based in South Mumbai Position - Office Manager Qualification - Graduate / Diploma Location - Mumbai Job Role: Coordinate with vendors for all items related to the office (office supplies, stationery, water, office space projects, travel companies, etc.) Coordinate with lawyers and accountants and other service professionals Respond to client inquiries by phone, email or web Create and maintain business-related documents Complete formalities for registrations and events Maintain a company-wide calendar Record minutes of meetings and distribute to staff accordingly Explain the onboarding process to new employees and set meetings with relevant teams for process trainings Manage travel arrangements, itineraries, airline reservations, shuttle service and hotel accommodations Publish blog posts Managr Housekeeping staff & Reception staff Other responsibilities as they arise Other Details: We are looking for a team player, willing to get her/his hands dirty in helping us achieve our ambitious goals. Fluent written and spoken English skills. Outstanding organizational abilities with an eye for and focus on detail. Maturity, polish and professionalism. Must be comfortable with cloud-based software and other technology tools. Computer proficiency (Excel, Word, Power point, Internet, Cloud-based software). 6 days working - Monday to Saturday Salary - Based on past work experience and last drawn salary
