- Managing the office initially coordinating with the Clients and decision makers.
- Visa processing (Australia & Canada).
- Assist immigration consultant(s) in immigration cases and applications (e.g. student visa, visitor visa, student permit, and family sponsorship).
- Prepare business letters and emails correspondences to current and prospective clients.
- Draft retainer agreements, initial consultation agreements, invoices, paid invoices, and any documents as required.
- Answer phone calls and follow up calls with clients regarding application updates.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and other activities Monitor and record expenditures and receipts.
- Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
- Organizing and scheduling appointments with admin software.
- Planning meetings and taking detailed minutes.
- Ensure quality and appropriateness of customer service provided.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve problems in an effective manner.
Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1+ Years
Annual CTC: Upto 2.4 LPA
Location(s) of Job: Bangalore
Minimum Education Requirements: Any Graduate
No of rounds of Interviews: 2
Work Timings / Working Days: 9 AM to 6 PM /6 days/week
