Job Title / Designation: Office Administrator

Job Description:

  • Fluent communication skills in English is a must.
  • Fielding phone calls, receiving visitors and handling mails.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of housekeeping staff and security.
  • Purchase & Maintenance - hardware, software, stationary, pantry, housekeeping and other supplies.
  • Prepare and submit expense reports, attendance reports etc.
  • Assistance for new employees: orientation, issue ID cards, seating & system arrangement
  • Conduct weekly audit and report any issues.
  • Organize team building activities, fun@work, other company eventsetc.
  • Errands outside company like service related tasks, bill payments etc.
  • All other administration related tasks.

 

Specific Skill Set:

  • Excellent communication skills - ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Fluency in English and Tamil language is a must.
  • Pleasant personality and positive outlook, with an open and non-judgmental attitude.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage own workload.

 

 

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1 - 3 years

Annual CTC: 2.5 - 4 LPA

Location(s) of Job: Coimbatore

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate with any specialization

No of rounds of Interviews: 2, 1 phone interview & 1 in person interview

Work Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm (Monday to Friday)
