Occupational Therapist

Job Specifications:

Need to have minimum 2 to 3 years relevant experience in post certification as Occupational Therapist

Candidate must hold Bachelor degree/Diploma in Occupational therapy

Should have good communication skills in English and Arabic

Job Description:

Assess patients physical abilities through evaluative procedures such as functional ability tests.

Establish treatment goals with patients based on physical diagnoses.

Plan and implement programs of occupational therapy including therapeutic exercise.

Evaluate effectiveness of treatment plans and modify accordingly and Communicate with referring physician and other healthcare professionals regarding patients' problems, needs and progress.

Provides education to the patient, families and peers relating to the disease, dysfunction, the rehabilitation process and to alternative treatment methods.

Assist with therapy intern training and provide inservice training as requested.
