The Manager, NPI responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Work with the NavLink and partners’ (e.g. Telecom operators) various departments for the introduction and launch of NavLink’s managed services:
o Marketing (strategy, service development and management)
o Operation and Business support systems (CRM, Design, …)
o Billing, Sales, pre-sales, Customer Care and Operations
• Liaise between Telco Partners and internal operation, product and commercial teams in order to deliver NavLink’s value proposition
• Review and contribute to the NavLink and partners’ service descriptions, proposal templates, customer presentations, marketing communications, and interfacing processes. This may involve, in certain cases, full development of these documents.
• Take part in the Service Pricing, Benchmarks, and Business Case preparation
• Project manage the introduction of new services within partners’ organization (ensuring required signoffs from relevant departments, business and technical support systems updates, pricing approvals, technical pre-requisites implementations, …)
• Report periodically to the Executives about progress, issues, or delays and follow up on a regular basis with all stakeholders
• Assist in sales training and non standard pre-sales for new services
• Prepare On-Demand and Periodic Service Performance Reports to Service Management teams
• Propose and Prepare Service Promotions and related Business Case
• Propose and Introduce Service Enhancements
• Take part in developing/evolving the Managed Services Roadmap
• Conduct presentations as needed to promote NavLink products and services
• Build good relationship with the partners’ different departments at different levels
• Assist in other relevant activities and projects as necessary for the successful operation and business of NavLink
