Good knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, Network Teaming/Bonding
Application
Basic knowledge of Virtualization of Vmware , Hyper-V & Citrix Xen Presentation Server
Sound knowledge of Antivirus Console, Email Server, Proxy server, Disk Encryptions and Contain policy.
Hardware
Trouble shooting Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop and Server hardware
Sound knowledge of Storage , RAID & LUN
Projects
Capable of handling new networking and security resolution projects
Solution design
Identify area's wherein new cost effective, time saving solution and systems security related solution deployment
Administration
Basic knowledge of maintaining Hardware spare spares parts inventory
Job planning, scheduling and team handling
Coordination and follow-up with vendors / service providers and internal Application & Systems support team.
Knowledge of asset management
