Should have skill of .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, C#/VB.NET, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX,
HMTL5, CSS3, XML, Web Service,Unit Testing

Should have skill of SQL Server 2005/2008/2012, MySQL.

Should have knowledge of design patterns, N-Tire Architecture.

Should able to work for Web Apps.

Must have capacity to work independently and also as a part of team

Should be able to create innovative and easy UI.

Should have attitude to learn and expand knowledge in new technology.

If he/she has excellent written communication skills (English), It would be
