Job role :

Customer will call regarding some technical issues in their technical devices like laptop, computer, router, printer, pop up related call etc.  Agent will resolve this issues by troubleshooting and charged an amount for this services

Candidate should be experienced in international bpo( tech sales )

Candidate should have knowledge about mac, windows, xbox , printer , router etc

Candidate should be a call closer

Excellent verbal communication skills.

NOTE: No Freshers are Welcome.
