A leading Manufacturing company located in Mulund location, Mumbai is presently looking for a suitable female candidate for Modern Trade Executive position.
JOB PURPOSE
To support the sales team in creating and maintaining the back office data
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities:
1. Tracking the all consignment with help of logistics portal.
2. Follow up of delivery appointment in every 10Â minutes & same co-ordinate with concern logistic partner & key A/C partner.
3. Follow up of waybill & transshipment code from Key A/C partner.
4. Checking the GRN & POD on daily basis.
5. Taking the corrective steps if any short Received, Damage & Price Mismatch received in GRN.
6. Taking the follow up on undelivered stock & take the corrective step to resolve the issue & same Co-ordinate with the logistic & Key A/C partner & concern ASM.
7. Â Co-ordinate via mail or phone with factory regarding the Store supply date & dispatch date.
8. Co-ordinate via mail or phone with Key A/C partner & logistic partner regarding the delivery appointment & Supply date.
9. Communicating with sales officers and supervisors for their delivery & dispatch related Queries,
10. Maintain Short Received, Damage stock & Price Mismatch report and acknowledgment to higher Authorities
11. Provide the necessary information to Key A/C partner & logistic partner & sales Team & HOD & ASM

Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 2 years of experience in back office support
