Position Title : Microsoft Dynamics365AX Technical Consultant
Years of experience : 8-10years
Reqired Knowledge : Microsoft Dynamics365AX
Job Location : Chennai
Roles & Responsibilities:
Apply expertise to delivery of high quality development work
Plan detailed required development work and divide in manageable work packages
Provide status reports showing progress in clear and concise manner
Maintain / Develop various application integration with third party and legacy/back-end systems
Design and development of new functionality and modifications to existing functionality within the Microsoft Dynamics solution to specification
Develop and customize reports within the Microsoft Dynamics solution
Test and QA developments
Provide supervision and direction to developers
May assume project management responsibilities as required
Excellent technical documentation skills
May assist in providing client support and consultation and implementing Microsoft Dynamics solutions at client sites
Ability to analyze client requirements and objectives to determine how software can best meet clients requirements and objectives
Essential requirements:
3 - 8 years experience as a developer in Dynamics AX 2009 and X++
Experience with successful implementations (at least 2 years of experience on large projects)
Full lifecycle software development experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX projects
Good knowledge of AX Installation, Up gradation, Implementation, X++, Reports Dev, EP, Workflow, SSRS, .Net, SQL, Ax 2012 is mandatory.
Excellent technical / architectural understanding of application development, MS, Dynamics AX
Working experience of SQL and SQL server 2005
Experience with system performance management / performance improvements in Dynamics AX
Valid Microsoft certifications (MS SQL Database, Dynamics AX 2012)
Experience of building / managing a team of developers, critically reviewing work in order to both ensure code quality and provide ongoing training / mentoring to developers
Ability to work in both team environment and as an individual contributor
Experience of managing a complex and changing codebase with multiple developers working within a source controlled environment
Experience of managing, resolving, monitoring performance issues within Dynamics AX 2012 environment
Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly in order to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
