Job Description :

It’s an inbound tech sales process. Customer will call regarding their technical issues related to windows, Mac, router , printer, xbox , pop up. Agent will resolve this issues by troubleshooting and charged an amount for the service

Candidates should be from international bpo background with tech sales experienced

Candidates should be a call closer

 Candidates must have knowledge about  Mac, windows , printer , router, xbox, pop up etc

Candidates should be flexible for rotational shift

NOTE- Fresher and candidates from domestic bpo do  not apply for this post
