Job Description: -
Position:- Mechanical Design Engineer
Qualification:- Diploma / B.Tech./ B.E.
Experience:- 06 Years. To 11 Yrs.
Salary:- 4 lac to 10 lac.
Location:- Delhi NCR
Job Duties:-
Complete Machine designing of the system.
Assisting peoples for Making simulation and basic programs on Kawasaki Robotic Software (K-ROSET).
Research & Development for New Robotic Projects.
Selection of the Robots for the suitability of different applications.
Design Calculations.
Visiting customers end for DAP Approvals or for the data collection or taking the meetings in order to provide the best solution for their problem.
Carrying out the meetings with different vendors and suppliers or with different parties whenever we outsource the design & manufacturing (like in case of conveyors etc.).
Assisting Design engineers in their designs and development.
Coordinating with different departments for the completion for the projects.
Carrying out modifications in design & drawing as per customer Specifications. Planning and deciding of APH duct routing.
Detailing of Fabrication Drawings of Heater and Air Pre Heater System, Stacks and Duct support structures
Review of vendor Drawings (Burners, GAPH & CAPH, Expansion Joints, and Forced Draught & Induced Draught Fans.
Co-ordination with Drafting team and sub vendors / fabricators.
Preparation of M.T.O. of Steel and Refractory.
Designing the projects clearly & efficiently.
Design and Automation of parts and assemblies in Solid works
Responsible for the design of various mechanical parts those are used in further production, Fabrication or to be produced.
