ITES / BPO / Operations / Customer Service / Telecalling
Job Description: 1. Minimum 12 months of experience in In-bound Technical Sales Campaign with an International BPO/ITES in the last 2 years 2. Ability to understand/comprehend the customer 's requirements and action accordingly 3. Handling irate/demanding customers - where necessary, in a tactical manner 4. Accountable for individual sales target predetermined by the business 5. Open to feedback & learning 6. Open to work in rotational shifts 7. Understanding and Creating as and when required the need of the product for new/prospective customers through gaining confidence and sales. 8. Emphasizing on key words, handling objections and using product/service benefits to respond to customers queries 9. Achieve Call Quality requirements as outlined via Call Monitoring Guidelines

Education
