Job Profile:
Key Responsibility :
Responsible for calling customers across the Globe (international calling)
Responsible for coordinating with customers to verify and or retrieve the required information for marketing campaigns
Responsible to send customized emails to the client seeking information
Maintaining accurate information of the customer records
Achieving daily targets in terms of no. of calls and Emails
Skills Sets :
Should be flexible to work in shifts
Candidate should have excellent communication skills, preferably having worked in a call centre earlier and good command over English. Neutral Accent is required.
6 months to 1 year Experience in international Outbound/inbound call centre will be an added advantage
Willingness to work in a challenging environment.
Should be a team player.
Candidate should be good at Computers.
Experience and Fresher both are welcome.
