A well established and leading company in the field of aromatic ingredients is presently looking suitable candidate for Marketing Manager to handle domestic market.
Department: Marketing
Job Description:-
Should have an experience in leading team of 4 to 5 Relationship Managers.
Should be self-driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Hands on experience in various MIS reports related to marketing.
Should be able to guide and drive the team.
Look after customer complaints.
Attend seminars/exhibitions and able to promote company’s brand.
Identifying bottlenecks in the workflow.
Taking reporting from team, identifying hurdles and resolving them
Extensive experience in lead generation.
Preparation and implementation of marketing strategies.
Awareness of market conditions, user preferences and desires and industry trends.
Experience of dealing with multiple brands/product categories.
Strong excel ability and proficiency in using rest of MS Office.
Salary: As per the industry standards
Experience: 7 to 15 years of Sales /Marketing into Chemicals /Aromas /Specialty chemicals industry /FMCG/Pharma/Fertilizers
Educational Qualification: Graduate or MBA preferably non Engineering candidate is most welcomed
