Position Title : Sr. Manager/ AGM

Qualification : B. E.Textile Preferably with MBA
Experience : 10 - 15 years of experience in Marketing in
Raw White Yarn, Dyed Yarn, Knitted Fabric, Melange Yarn, Fancy Yarn, Polyester, Linen, Viscose, Cotton, Jaspe, Flake, Vintage
Age : 35-42 years
Salary : Not a Constraint for the right candidate
To Lead and Direct the New Business Development and Marketing function for the Textiles /Yarn International Business of the Company in southern region, consolidate the leadership position, and grow market share of the company.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· To design and develop the New Business, marketing plan and strategy.
· To drive the revenue and market share objectives of the said business.
· New Customer/ New Business Development/ increasing SOB in current market/ Customer for Raw White Yarn, Dyed Yarn, Melange Yarn, Fancy Yarn, Polyester, Linen, Viscose, Cotton, Jaspe, Flake, Vintage.
· To enhance company image outside by effectively designing & executing communication/ branding strategies.
· Development of Marketing plans for Products
· To provide customer and market inputs for new ideas and product development.
· To develop marketing collateral and communication tools to support the business.
· To evaluate current market positioning and define the short and mid term business objectives in relation to the competitive scenario.
· To monitor closely the financial parameters linked to product pricing.
· Assist in identifying and mapping key customer concern and improving customer satisfaction index/ key metrics

PERSONAL PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES
· Textile Graduate with a Degree in Business Administration.
· 10-15 years of Post Qualification, successful well-rounded Sales, Marketing and New Business Development experience.
· Product and Technical Application Knowledge
· Understanding of Global Textile Market & ability to generate business (Current product/ similar Product/ diversified product).
· Very good in Customer Relationship Management.
· Must be able to strategize current as well as diversified market Growth.
· Ability to build a high performance team
· Attitude for learning and thinking out of the box.
· Knowledge of processes and systems.
· Ability to interact cross-functionally with-R&D, Quality /Manufacturing etc.
