Duties and Responsibility
1. Creating and developing a long term plan and strategy for development of the category
2. Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute marketing strategy for the company using all channels including digital, OOH, Print, Press, BTL, Radio, TV.
3. Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials
4. Design print ads and online publications, ensure brand messages are consistent
5. Gather and analyze customer insight
6. Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share
7. Engage consumers on social media
8. Deepen relationships with all media to ensure the most effective messaging and positioning of the organization
9. Lead all areas of content generation and production across all media platforms
10. Collaborate with sales and sourcing to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities
Qualification: MBA in marketing from reputed institute
Experience: 5 to 8 Years of prior experience as Marketing manager in Media/ecommerce industry
