In this role, the Data Analyst will work with our customers to deliver data analysis services and advise them about how to become more information driven. The Data Analyst will build strong relationships with their clients and becomes an extension of their client’s team and helps them achieve their goals and become more successful.
The Data Analyst will work within a multi-channel digital advertising/marketing campaign environment that includes: web, tablet, mobile, email, etc. Campaigns frequently have both manual and programmatic components. This individual must have a strong understanding of this industry/sector and be capable of having meaningful business conversations with non-technical customers.
Responsibilities:
• Perform analysis of campaigns, for example, to determine why a campaign is performing well and making suggestions about how to improve its performance
• Suggest new ideas and approaches to analyze data to create meaningful and actionable insights that will improve campaign performance;
• Translate insights into a story and present that story to customers with recommended actions
• Work with technical teams on data related requests and/or issues and work with data science team to explain client needs and requirements
Qualifications:
• BA/BS Degree
• 5 years + as a data analyst within a digital environment
• Strong analytics skills
• Both business and data analysis skills
• Customer delivery & relationship management skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of data analytics and data science a plus
• Technical skills in SQL and data analysis tools a plus
