• 3+ years of Market Research and Analysis work experience in a mid to large business environment
• 3+ years of proposal writing
• Experience in the telecom and/or healthcare industry considered an asset
• Experience with conducting presentations i.e., product demos to clients or end-usersMarket Analysis
• Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation.
• Remain informed on market trends, other parties researches and implement best practices.Business Development
• Provide research, editing, creative and production support to the sales team
• Support ongoing pipeline development efforts, including identification and research of target prospects
• Manage the end-to-end RFP response process according to internal business guidelines and corporate governance
• Participate in RFP opportunity review, qualification, and bid/no bid decision-making
• Engage and coordinate the efforts of all stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Create initial draft of response, consolidate inputs/updates, and manage document version to completion and final approval.
• Collect team feedback and participate in proposal debriefings & post-mortems to help drive continuous improvement
• Creating a library of case studies, based upon global best practices and success stories, that can be leveraged from RFx activities as compelling commercial value stories (for both new business and effective management of existing clients), conference presentations, press releases, internal communications and training modules.Exceptional researcher and a persuasive technical writer able to express ideas and concepts in a clear and compelling manner, using both text and graphics
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and verbal)
• Outstanding written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Strong professional/business writing skills
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines in a high intensity work environment
• Confident, autonomous self-starter- Comfortable and organized to perform multifunctional tasks while achieving desired results
• Excellent computer skills, including full proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Must have a technical background (business specific)
