Title: Manager/Senior Manager: Business Excellence (F&A- domain) Work Location: Noida. Shift Timings: Flexible (24X7 environment) Travel requirement: Limited, based on business needs Mandatory Skills- Black Belt Certified (MUST) with knowledge of Lean, Kaizen & Six Sigma Must have done project in Finance & accounts Desirable basic knowledge in Quality Management Systems (ISO / API); 12-18 years of experience in successful implementation of change initiatives, lean systems, and six sigma projects. Exposure to Fault Detection tools & methodology High level business excellence related certifications such as Six Sigma & Master Black Belt. Experience in leading multiple projects and organizational transformation as a Six Sigma and a BB professional. Experience in identifying key process and performance measurements for customer satisfaction and growth. Demonstrate expertise of Six Sigma and Lean techniques for systemic and continual process improvements Facilitation skills to drive significant process and performance improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies within multiple organizations and business functions. Demonstrated capability to develop training material and deliver training in Six Sigma and Operational Excellence. Ability to visualize and oversee the design of new concepts and ideas related to the broader organization as well as functional area of expertise Broad knowledge of business operations and ability to implement and lead organizational change effectively. Strong ability to persuade and influence cross-functionally at all levels is critical. Main Accountabilities: Provide support and perform the steps of data collection, treatment and analysis and implementation of the plans of action of projects in progress; Follow up on the execution of all stages of improvement projects, analyzing effectiveness between what was foreseen and results achieved, reassessing if the objectives are not achieved Identify opportunities for improvement in the organization's processes, through analysis and evaluation of the opportunities, considering the strategic guidelines established; Identify & Lead continuous improvement programs across regions Drive elimination of process inefficiencies using business & analytical skills Oversee the design, development of quality related initiatives and ensure quality measures are aligned with overall Business objectives. Monitor SLA and manage customer relationship in collaboration with GBS India Collaborates Regionally and Globally to ensure best practices, standardized tools, and methods are deployed to support execution excellence. Responsible for building a sustainable improvement capability which embeds a culture of Continuous Improvement and supports overall transformation roadmap Deliver year on year efficiency savings in addition to improvements in service quality Work closely with GBS organizations to facilitate trainings & education on operational excellence tools and techniques for sustainable improvement in long term Responsible for Reporting of GBS performance to track overall performance against key metrics, identify trends, areas of improvement Define process transformation projects across GBS basis identified areas of improvement Work with Tower lead/ Pyramid Leads & Functional Leads to optimize the quality of the assigned projects by recognizing, enhancing and sharing quality best practices across the regions Document each stage of improvement projects in a standardized way, making available in the Business Excellence portal on the intranet (SharePoint), for consultation and use of all the stakeholders involved; Contribute to the quality of the information of all ERPs and legacy applications in all the stages inherent to the area of operation. Establish and manage a robust plan for successful deployment of regional business excellence objectives. Responsible for influencing and leading key business stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.
