ith ultra modern manufacturing facilities in Kymore (Madhya Pradesh), Kolkata (West Bengal), Coimbatore (Tamil Nadu), Nashik (Maharashtra), Bhagwanpur (Uttarakhand), Balasore (Odisha) and newest plant at Dahej (Gujarat), Everest also has a state-of-the art R & D Centre at Nashik that constantly works on product innovation and new developments. New Position/Replacement Position: Manager – Marketing (Zonal Head of South Zone)
Location of the Position: Bangalore
Designation/Grade: Department: Sales & Marketing
No. of Positions: 01 Reporting to: Business Head- National
Qualifications: Essential: B.Tech (Civil or Mech) Desired: MBA preferable
Required Experience (years): 10 to 12 Years
Gender Preference: Male
Type of Industries: Building Material (Like - Saint Gobain, Armstrong, Elevator etc.)
Job Description:
o Team Management, Should have experience in handling atleast 10 to 12 team members in entire southern region
o Business development through constant explorations of the existing and new market.
o Ultimate objective is to meet monthly sales targets.
o Frequent travelling and should have good presentation skills as presentation would be the key tool in the builder segment.
o Constant tracking and monitoring of the allocated team both for builder and retail segments.
o Ensuring timely collection of payments, c forms etc…
o Ensuring immediate complaint redressal
o Should have atleast experience working in 3 states in South Region.
o Establish and maintain good contacts with Specified Segment (Architect, Interior Designer, Builders, Project Associates & Corporate)
o Should ensure regular execution of promotional activities (Architect/ Builder/Interior Designer) group meets, in house presentation to large Architecture / Garment Industries, participation in Flagship exhibition etc
