Duties and Responsibilities: 1) Analyse recharge/usage trends and movements of the base. 2) Campaign Management 3) Customer Segmentation - active, grace, pre-churn, churn. 4) Post launches impacts of existing and new products. 5) Responsible for bucket movements - upgrade and downgrades. 6) Introducing retailer schemes and promos for incremental revenues and win backs. 7) Introducing new products and schemes on the basis of recharge and usage trends. 8) Categorization of entire base on the basis usage/recharge patterns. 9) Highlighting business health to ensuring usage up-gradation of subs. 10) Planning communication calendars to ensure proper communication to the subs. 11) Responsible for Requirement analysis, Logical modelling, Project Management for Analytics, Overall BI analytics system & integration 12) Automated Analytics Process, Cross Sell process and Churn Analysis 13) Strong Coordination with Marketing Team
