Role and Responsibilities: Achieve - Quarterly, half yearly and annual sales targets Scout for new accounts and nurture them Conceptualise & present solutions to CXOs, among others Maintain CXO-level relationships Manage complex selling for large accounts Upsell solutions to existing accounts Coordinate with internal stakeholders on Proposals, Delivery, Legal and Finance Candidate Attributes: Good network of CXO-level contacts across verticals Ability and experience in Consultative Selling Outgoing personality that enjoys customer interactions and cultivating relationships Product selling experience a plus Experience in custom eLearning solutions selling (preferred) Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills Self-confidence and flexibility Self-driven with a ?can do' attitude Adaptable to work in a virtual environment Astute with technology Insightful & updated about millennial digital trends
