KEY ACTIVITIES
Facilitate in aligning the corporate governance function
Conduct due diligence and analyze Joint Venture and other agreements and perform gap analysis
Implementation
of Policies on various matters to bring uniformity and transparency
across the company and to comply with the law.
Stay update with the key regulatory changes and their impact and applicability
Liaison with the central function of company towards smooth implementation of the regulatory changes
Monitor the secretarial and other regulatory compliance.
Develop
the processes and parameters related to performance evaluation / self-
evaluation of performance of Board, Board Committee and Board of
Directors as per the requirements of law.
Facilitate the Group Companies to complete the performance evaluation exercise on a timely basis
Organizing various communication platforms to promote synergies among the Group companies
