- To capture verbatim customer complaints and then prepare actionable points on them
- To ensure resolution of all customer complaints in a pre-specified time by coordinating with various departments
- Prepare weekly / monthly periodic MIS reports on complaints and update management
- Prepare the QPRS and follow up with plant quality for resolution as per norms
Warranty Failures :
- Analysis of warranty returned tyres/tubes/flaps
- To decide actionable points for taking necessary corrective actions through CFTs
- Prepare weekly / monthly periodic MIS reports on complaints and update management
- Prepare the PPM trends on major customer parameters like premature, ND, Export ND etc.
Improvement In Customer Quality :
- To conduct benchmark study for analyzing best practices followed by competitor vis a vis CEAT
- To prepare MIS on quality objectives of customer quality and present to the management
- To perform audit of CFAs and plants
- To conduct interface meetings between plant and marketing department for resolution of issues
- To participate in CFT teams
- To identify and improve quality management systems in customer quality.
