Manager Partner Management Education: MBA from a premium institute would be preferred.
Experience: Atleast 2 to 3 years of experience into Key Accounts, Campaign Management & Analytics.
Role:
Develop long term relationships with merchants specific to region and managing optimum marketing and communication solutions for all the initiatives of Loylty Rewardz Management Pvt. Ltd
Act as a primary point of contact for our partners and communicate on a regular basis with them and internalmanagement team.
Establish and maintain relationships with partners by offering innovative solutions which drive the business
Track and manage performances through development of activities that drive usage.
Add value to the business of the existing partners and maximize revenue generation from them Act as an interface between partners and the delivery team.
Conduct regular meetings with partners and monitor their performances.
Collate, maintain and manage data and analyse the reports generated for the various partners and the internalmanagement team
Compile relevant MIS reports for provision of merchant related statistics to the Head of Merchant Acquiring for his review and onward submission, as and when applicable. Verify all documentation received from Merchant (including Merchant Agreement).
Gather & share key market trends with regional heads.
Analyze the merchants available in the market to identify and recommend potential targets with whom to cultivate business relationships.
Business Understanding:
- Understanding of the retail domain. - Familiar with merchant acquiring business practices in the Banking domain. - Result Oriented. - PAN India profile should be willing to travel.
