Should be responsible for Business development for Power Transformers, Substations and transmission Line products. Primary responsibility is to drive growth with increase in sales of power products include Transformers, CT/PT, and compact substations. Should be responsible for Branding, Promotions, and Marketing & Sales of Transformers Switch gears and Services through Agents, Distributors & Private Customers. Tendering, Bidding, Order Booking and developing the opportunities for Generation Power Projects in the region. Co-ordination with Project Consultants & Equipment Suppliers. Formulating long term / short term strategic plans, budgets to enhance sales, conducting negotiations & marketing operations thereby achieving increased sales growth across region. Deploying suitable market research tools to gauge market trends and competitor activities to gain the competitive edge on the market. Managing marketing functions like product planning & road maps, consultation and business development. Skills Fluent in English & Hindi with excellent writing skills Aggressive approach towards winning clients and to manage the key accounts Should be available to travel out of the office to meet clients, when required Should be able to identify and pursue new clients and business opportunities Must demonstrate the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf and to develop and maintain relationships. Critical thinking and problem solving skills. Should be a Strategic thinker and have leadership qualities. Should have good Negotiation Skills with excellent communication skills.
