Should be a real Geo-technical Instrumentation and 3D monitoring person with exposure in indentifying suitable control schemes as per type of application. Should possess skills in managing Instrumentation & Engineering/Technology. Should have install & Commissioned instruments for Hydro Power Projects, ,Bridges, Tunnels, Rail Tunnels & Metros etc.. Having skills to direct, facilitate, develop ,indentify appropriate control schemes. Key Areas: ·Managing Geo-technical instruments for Hydro Power Projects (Dam, Spillways, and Power Houses), Bridges, Structures, Tunnels, Rail tunnels & Metro. ·Providing installation, monitoring and servicing support for Geo-technical instruments ·Rendering support in installation and monitoring of Data Acquisition System ·Drafting reports and graphs from readings. ·Scrutinizing the data and preparing the summary from the same ·Interfacing in processing and interpreting data ·Spearheading activities involving working out various requirements & monitoring overall project operations regarding geo-technical instrumentation for ensuring timely completion ·Inspecting the field instruments, installation, hook-up, cabling, pressure testing and loop checking ·Anchoring erection & commissioning of instrument and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time by effective resource utilization to maximize the output ·Preparing documentation for instrumentation and reviewing 3rd party drawings on installation & commissioning accordingly; reviewing & updating various engineering & vendor documents ·Executing predictive, preventive & breakdown maintenance schedules (daily & turnaround) for various equipment and conducting regular inspection, repair & replacement of spare parts to control operations ·Directing project activities for strategic utilization of available resources as per schedules; executing cost saving techniques to achieve reduction in terms of man days, raw materials & energy consumption ·Developing the engineering solutions to avoid repetitive failures & all other problems that adversely affect plant operations including capacity, quality, cost & regulatory compliance issues
